Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the redirs service (the "Service"), operated by Apps34, a company registered in France ("Apps34", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

redirs provides managed domain redirect infrastructure: HTTPS termination, redirect rules, analytics, and related APIs. We may update features, pricing, or limits from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

2. Accounts

To use the Service you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• send traffic to destinations hosting illegal content, malware, phishing, or fraud;
• violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties;
• send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) or circumvent anti-abuse systems;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• use the Service for any purpose prohibited by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate these rules or pose a risk to other users or the infrastructure.

4. Your domains and content

You retain all rights to the domains you configure and any content served through your redirects. You represent that you own, or are authorized to manage, each domain you add. You are solely responsible for the destination URLs and for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable law.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Applicable taxes (including VAT where relevant) may be added to the stated price.

6. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably believe continued provision of the Service would pose a security, legal, or operational risk. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apps34 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Apps34 for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of France, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
